Return the goods:
 
The purchase contract can be canceled within the seven days following the date the consumer receives the product, or before shipping the product to him.
 
In the event of a desire to return the product and cancel the contract, the product must be in its original condition in which the consumer received it, including the packaging as it was originally. Unless it appears or becomes apparent that there is any defect or flaw in the product due to the consumer’s misuse or possession of the product.
 
In the event of a return, the buyer will bear the costs of shipping to and from him, unless the shipping is done by the consumer himself, and if the product is subject to free shipping, the consumer will bear the amount of 35 riyals for one returned shipment up to a weight of 25 kg, and the amount of 70 riyals if the weight is between 26 Up to 50 kg, and if the shipment weight is more than that, the consumer will bear an amount of 100 riyals.
 
In the event that any product is returned under warranty and cannot be repaired by the agent or the importer, the shelf life of the product and the duration of the buyer’s use of it are taken into account and deducted from the compensation amount.
 
If the product is returned according to the conditions stated above, its paid value will be transferred to him on his bank account sent to the platform.
