 These terms and conditions constitute the entire and final agreement between its parties, accordingly:

No any alterations made by the platform on the products' shipping conditions after delivery to the buyer, or submitting shipment application or any similar action that contains additional written provisions other than the agreed upon conditions or in contradiction with these conditions. In case a competent curt nullifies one of these terms and conditions, this shall not affect the other remaining stated and agreed upon conditions.
 
 
 
 
Acceptance of Applications:
 
All applications shall be subject to the verification of the written price by the authorized officer of the platform unless otherwise agreed upon a fixed price for a specific period.
 
jzfstore.com website shall have the sole right to accept or reject the purchase request totally or partially without need for justification. In case of application acceptance, the platform management shall solely determine the minimum and maximum limits of the product quantities in each and every request.
 
During the period of the Saudi National Day discounts, or the official and seasonal offers, the consumer shall have the right to purchase only one piece or the maximum number stated on the product page.
 
 Performance Tolerance of the Systems – The products existing on jzfstore.com website of the household appliances and air-conditioning and refrigeration  systems that shows model No., that would not necessarily mean the actual performance of the system, but the actual size and performance depends on the data stated in the efficiency card determined and approved by SASO. 
 
Replacement: - The platform reserves the right to replace a product by another product of the same type, quality and function needless to any prior notice, Therefore, if the buyer is not intending to receive a substitute product, he should announce such intention at the time of price inquiry, if the transaction requires prior price inquiry, or state the same at the time of placing his request on our platform. In all cases, the replacement shall be subject to the conditions of the authorized agent in KSA, noting that the maximum period of replacement shall not exceed 10 days of the shipment delivery date.
 
Price: - The offered price, including any shipping cost, shall remain valid for 10 days unless otherwise modified by a written agreement stating the required price, or a ed acceptance of  sale transaction by the authorized officer of our platform. The platform may cancel the fixed price agreed upon for a specific period of time if it was not written or sent to the buyer before a written price approval is received by the platform.
 
Stock Availability: The obligation of jzfstore.com before buyers depends on the stock availability, in case of running out of stock, we shall be obliged to refund the paid amount to the buyer, without any other liability or compensations.
 
Shipment:
 
 jzfstore.com shall ship the merchandized to the buyer according to the shipping methods through the approved shipping companies. In case of any comments about the product or shipping that relates to arrival delay or delivery in bad condition, the same must be notified to us within 3 days of the authentic delivery date to enable us follow up and take the necessary action.
 
 Usually the shipping periods varies between 24 hours and 15 days for domestic shipments depending on the type of the required product, shipment and delivery places.
 
 In all cases , delivery of the product to the buyer is guaranteed by jzfstore.com website
 
 The serial No. printed on the B/L or any delivery  must comply with product No. received, substituted or returned back.
 
 The cash back campaign – if activated- shall be subject to the terms and conditions approved on the platform, and shall be valid the period stated in the campaign or depletion of the stock whichever comes first.
 
Product Supplements: Some products are in need of accessories, such accessories are in two categories :
 
Free of charge additions: Mostly these additions are the installation requirements, and jzfstore.com is committed to provide these additions freely along with product.
 
Elective additions: These are paid additions issued in separate bill, payable before starting installation after determining the relevant quantities, types and amount, and shall only be provided upon direct and clear order from the customer, and the platform liability subject to the availability.
 
Force Majeure: Uncontrollable Circumstances :
 
 
 
 
www.jzfstore.com shall assume the responsibility of delay or failure related directly or indirectly to an uncontrollable force majeure such as : acts of the buyer, unexpected weather conditions, fire, epidemics, uncontrollable conditions, shipping process delay, failure to provide the necessary inputs for the process such as : energy sources, basic components, manpower, fuel, requirements or any other circumstances out the control of the platform whether similar or different than the above stated. 
 
 
 
 
Warranty: We warrant to the buyer that all offered products are free of any defect, and manufactured according to quality standards approved by SASO and the Ministry of Commerce & Investment in KSA, as well as warranting the capability and efficiency of the products as stated on power capacity sticker attached to electric devices. This warranty shall remain valid for the period stated on each product in compliance with Consumer Protection Regulations valid in KSA.
 
Indemnity & Responsibility Limits: - The platform shall not assume any consequential loss, damage, or expenses resulting directly or indirectly of selling or use or handling of the product or any related cause, whatever the type of claims involving the platform, including claims od dishonoring the warranty or negligence, our responsibility shall be only confined to replacement of the products that are not complying with this agreement, or refunding the paid amount in the account of the buyer, or coordinate with him the repair of the product as deemed appropriate by the platform. If the platform request returning back the products, the returned product shall be delivered to our warehouses according to returning instructions of the platform. Accordingly, the compensations stated in this paragraph, constitute the only possible source for the buyer against the platform in case of not honoring one of its obligations whether being the warranty or any other violation. As our platform is exerting the best efforts to rectify any legal violation that may occur, thus we are very keen to make the compensations satisfactory according to the provisions of this paragraph.
 
Our platform: jzfstore.com assume no responsibility nor any type of compensation to the buyer, trader, or dealers using this platform in case closure or discontinue – May Allah Forbid – according order or instructions of the official authorities, or in case of discontinue or breakdown for a period of time for reason whatsoever, and shall not spare an effort to return back to service as soon as possible
 
Dispute Settlement Regulation, and Applicable Regulation: Any dispute or controversy arising of or related to this agreement including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance or violation, or any dispute related to uncontract obligations arising of or related to the agreement shall be settled according to the valid rules and regulation in KSA.
 
Attorney Fees: In case of filing claim against the buyer to get the price of the purchased goods, or any unpaid amounts, or any violation of the agreed upon terms and conditions, the buyer shall be the reasonable attorney fees in addition to any compensation approved by the court for any resulting damages.
 
Riyadh shall be the legal litigation venue, in case of being forced to recon to the judicial authorities for any dispute that may arise or contractual obligations.
 
Arabic Language: Arabic language is the approved language of this platform, terms and conditions, use policy, privacy policy, contracting and dealing, and interpretation of all the stated provisions.
